The Israeli Illustration Directory is a private initiative founded in March 2004, by professional illustrators to represent the best of Isreaeli illustration talents. Over the years, the site has become an important meeting point between illustrators , art directiors , designers and potential clients.
To the clients:
In the site you will find portfolios ,as well as contact info to the illustrators and links to their personal sites .
In the future, as the site developes, you will find a " search" page that will facilitate the task of finding the right talent for your needs. We will also add new sections and services to the site for the benefit of illustrators as well as their clients.
How to join:
Joining The site is done either by invitation or by request of the Illustrator, on the basis of the quality and professionalism of his / her work. new applicants are chosen by a selected group of 5 illustrators .
Presenting work on the site requires a reasonable fee of 200 NIS per year for expences and maintenance.
If you are professionals who wish to join the site please send files of the 12 works that you wish to present on the site, no bigger then 400X400 pixels.(Atleast 8 should be commissioned works). And a short C.V.. Please make sure that they are the best of your works presented in the most elegant way.
Due to the high standards that we have committed to, we cannot guarantee to except every application. however please keep in mind that our choices are only based on our subjective opinion and are not intended to be taken as an absolute truth.
