Orit Arif אורית עריף I was born in the year 1971 in Kibbutz Ruhama, Israel. During the years 1994-1998, I studied in the illustration department of the Vital school of design, Tel-Aviv. My final project, “Illustrations for the Odyssey”, was given an award of excellence. I have a B.A. in design from the University of Middlesex, England. During the last 8 years I have been working as a freelance illustrator for newsletters and magazines, as well as for design and advertisement agencies. In the year 2002 my first illustrated book was published (written by Eshkol Nevo), by Zmora-Beitan publishers . I am teaching illustration at "Goren", department for design at the Emek-Israel college.
